The one cookie we use
This website sets a single first-party cookie called _ra_uid. It contains a random identifier and stays in your browser for up to 12 months. Its only job is to help us count how many different people visit the site, and to tell a returning visitor apart from a new one.
What we collect
Our own analytics record which pages are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked, the website that referred you here, your device type (phone, tablet or desktop), and your country. That is the whole list. We never collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location through analytics, and the random identifier is not linked to anything that identifies you.
What we do with it
The numbers are stored by us and used for one purpose: understanding how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not share, sell, or trade this data with anyone, and there are no third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
If you call or text us
When you contact us to book a pickup, we use your phone number and address to do the job, and for nothing else.
Your choices
You can delete or block the _ra_uid cookie at any time in your browser settings. The website works exactly the same without it.
